You can track your weight and blood pressure data in Pacer. There are two ways to log your health data.
1. Log your health data on the home page
Open Pacer, scroll down on the home page (the shoe icon), select "Weight" or "Blood Pressure" under "Log Health Data".
Input your weight number, date and comments in the pop-up window.
Input your blood pressure, pulse (bpm), date and comments in the pop-up window.
2. Log your health data on the Insights page
Go to the Insights page, swipe left and find the Weight tab.
Tap the "+Add" button on the Weight tab to log weight data.

Swipe left and find the Blood Pressure tab.
Tap the "+Add" button on the Blood Pressure tab to log blood pressure data.
You can view all health data on the Insights page.
3. Delete your health data entries
If you input the wrong health data, you can delete those unwanted entries. Please go to the Insights page, go to the Weights or the Blood Pressure page, tap "All Data". Swipe left on the entry and select delete.
