Pacer for Teams Enterprise Account Admins can export/download activity data in two places in the P4T Admin portal: the Overview Page and the Manage Challenges Page.
This feature is only available for Enterprise subscriptions or free trials. Please contact the Pacer for Teams Support Team for more info.
Manage Challenges Page
You can export specific challenge data that mirrors the in-app leaderboard while the challenge is underway, or after it is completed.
Click the cloud export icon to download the current challenge data. The system will generate and download a spreadsheet that features activity data from your challenge for both individual and team leaderboards, along with other key participant information.
Note that the data displayed in the export file includes all challenge rules you set in place, including any daily data limits. As such, the data will mirror the challenge leaderboard in the Pacer app. It will not mirror the data exported in the Overview dashboard.
Note: The data displayed and exported in the Overview dashboard is a continuous flow of data from all users in your P4T Org, which is not influenced by the specific challenge rules/restrictions you set when you create a challenge. It will, however, include manually added activities if you allow them in your Org. Be mindful that you will have to filter/sort the data you export here to represent any challenge rules you set in place in the system. Otherwise, export the data from the Manage Challenges page.
Choose Time Period & Data Type
The green Export data button is located in the top right corner of the Individual Leaderboard. Admins have the ability to sort & export challenge data by various time parameters:
Today’s Total Steps
Yesterday’s Total Steps
Calendar Month Average Steps/Day
Admins also have the ability to sort & export a few data measures:
Steps, Distance, Calories Burned for Today and Yesterday’s time sorting.
For Month to Date and Custom sorting, Admins can choose averages as well.
Click the arrow next to the current stat being displayed and choose the measure you’d like.
Create Custom Sorting Dates
1. In the Individual Leaderboard time sorting bar, click Custom.
2. A start date/end date range will automatically generate. Click anyone on the date range to open up the calendar.
3. Click the desired start date for your sort, which will become surrounded by a blue box.
4. Click the desired end date for your sort, which will become surrounded by a blue box.
5. The calendar will close and the selected date range will be valid. You are free to change the dates whenever you wish by repeating these steps.
Once you have selected your desired time period and data type, click the Export button to download the selected challenge data. The system will generate and download a spreadsheet that features totals and daily breakdowns of the individual and team leaderboards, along with other key participant information
