End of Challenge Best Practices

If you have created a custom challenge in the Enterprise Manage Challenges menu, the system will automatically create a participant data syncing deadline 12 hours after the official end of the challenge, which is 12:00 noon in the participant’s home time zone. After the deadline, no more data will be considered for that particular challenge.

If you used the P4T Admin Dashboard to create an open challenge, meaning you did not create start and end dates, then you simply need to use the custom date sorting feature in the Individual Leaderboard. There you can capture the participant data you want using the time and data sort tools and export/download as necessary.
