Admins can allow/disallow activities participants have added manually to their personal Pacer account in both a P4T organization's Data Center and any specific challenge. Also, admins can manually override participants' data if needed.
Allow/View Manually Added Activities in P4T Org Overview/App Data Center
If you choose to allow manually added data, a column will appear in the Admin leaderboards and data export reports.
Allow/View Manually Added Activities in Challenge Leaderboards
We provide steps for how participants can add their own data. Each unique challenge an admin creates can allow or disallow manually recorded activity. If a challenge accepts manual input activity, any manually added activities added to a user's Pacer account during that time period will be reflected in this specific challenge leaderboard.
Administrator Manually Override Data
It is very common for a participant in the organization to report missing steps or incorrect step counts for some reason. Admins can edit participants’ data directly on the P4T admin platform. It will only take a few minutes to finish overriding. Please follow the steps:
-
Login to the admin platform with your account.
-
Click “Manage Challenges” on the navigation column and select an ongoing challenge. Admins can NOT override data for a past challenge.
-
Enter the challenge information page and scroll down to the leaderboard.
-
Select the individual leaderboard and click a participant you would like to do a manual update. If you have dozens of participants on the leaderboard, you can use the search bar to quickly locate a participant with a name or email.
5. Click the edit button on the desired date to do admin override.
-
Input the step number and click save. If a note is needed, please click “Write a note” to leave a note.
-
The manual update is done. The eligible steps will be updated with a mark and the raw steps will show the original number.
