We’ve focused our Pacer app on phone-based step counting. The main reason is that most people carry a smartphone around with them most of the day, so using a phone to count steps is easy and cost-effective, as no additional step counting hardware is required.
However, as the increasing demands of connecting 3rd Party devices and using these devices to track steps and other activity data, Pacer also supports several apps and devices to meet the diverse needs of Pacer users.
