How long does it take?
Medals will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days after you complete your challenge registration. We offer FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING anywhere this challenge is available. Shipping generally takes 7-20 business days. For some countries, it may take longer.
Your tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in email after we ship the medals.

Why did my medal arrive before I finish my challenge?
Due to lengthy international shipping duration (7-20 business days) and even more prolonged duration due to COVID-19, the estimated time for medals to arrive can be quite long. To ensure that you receive your medals ASAP, we will send out your medals in 7-10 business days after registration. We apologize if this flow doesn't match your expectations.
Why can't I track my parcel?
Unable to track the package may be due to the following reasons:
- Your parcel is being processed by our logistics team and it will be available for tracking in a few days.
- You might need to choose a specific shipping provider while tracking your parcel. Please select 4PX as your carrier.
- If you have checked the above situations and there is still no way to track your package, some special circumstances may happen to your package, you need to contact us immediately through Support@mypacer.com.
Why is the parcel delayed?

- If the parcel has already been received by airlines.
- Your medal has already been received by the airline company for shipping, the tracking info should have been sent to your email. Please use your laptop/ computer to open the link and right-click on the website page to translate it. The logistics may take longer than usual for shipping and custom procedures and inspection due to Covid-19 influences, we are sorry for the trouble. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
- There is no update in tracking status for more than 2 weeks
- Sorry for this trouble. Please email us via Support@mypacer.com with your four digit order number. We will report this to our logistics staff and let them check with the shipping provider. We'll try to chase up for an update. If the medal got lost, we will resend you a new one as soon as possible. Apologies for this trouble.
