Abnormal tracking and delivery status
If you encounter any of the tracking / delivery issues below, please contact support@mypacer.com with your 6-digit order#.
- The tracking status has not changed for more than 2 weeks
- The parcel has been returned to the sender
- The parcel delivery was failed
- You believe your parcel is lost or stolen
We will investigate with our shipping partners and get back to you ASAP.
Item quality problems
If you have received the parcel, but found the item damaged, defected, or missing, please contact support@mypacer.com with the 6-digit order# and a photo of the shipping label on the outermost packaging bag. We are happy to send a replacement for you.
Item was wrong
If you have received the wrong item, please send to us the 6-digit order#, a photo of the shipping label(found on the outermost packaging bag), and a photo of the barcode on the black medal box. We will arrange a new shipping for you ASAP. You don't need to return the received item to us.
