If you purchased Pacer Premium through Google Play, you must manage or cancel it in Google Play Subscriptions (not inside the app). Google Play subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel.
Before you start
- Make sure you’re signed in to the same Google Account that originally purchased Pacer Premium.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Option 1: Cancel in the Google Play app (recommended)
- On your Android device, open Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon (top-right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Pacer Premium.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
Option 2: Cancel on the web (play.google.com)
-
Go to Google Play Subscriptions on the web (Subscriptions page).
- Sign in with the Google Account that has the subscription.
- Find Pacer Premium → Manage → Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What happens after you cancel
- You’ll keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for, then it will stop renewing. (Google’s example: cancel mid-year → access continues until the end of that year’s term.)
Manage (instead of cancel): pause, resubscribe, or payment method
Depending on what Google Play and the subscription offer, you may be able to:
Pause your subscription (if available)
- Open Subscriptions in Google Play → select Pacer Premium → Manage → Pause payments → choose the pause duration → confirm.
Resubscribe after canceling
- Open Subscriptions in Google Play → find the canceled subscription → tap Resubscribe.
Update your payment method
- Open Subscriptions → select Pacer Premium → Manage → Update → follow the prompts.
Common issues & fixes
“I can’t find Pacer Premium in my subscriptions”
- It’s usually because you’re on the wrong Google Account. Switch accounts in Google Play and check again.
“I’m on a payment plan”
- If your subscription was purchased with a payment plan, you typically can’t cancel remaining payments once charged, but you can stop it from auto-renewing so you won’t be charged on the next renewal date.
Still need help?
If you canceled in Google Play but Premium still appears active, it may be because your current billing period hasn’t ended yet (you should still have access until then).
If something still doesn’t look right, contact Pacer Support and tell us what you see in Google Play → Subscriptions (status + renewal date), and we’ll help you interpret it.
