When you start a GPS walk or run in Pacer, a Live Activity may appear on your iPhone's lock screen showing your real-time step count and distance. If you'd prefer to turn this off, you can do so directly from the home screen.
Steps to disable Lock Screen Live Activity:
- On the Pacer home screen, tap the Route icon in the bottom left corner
- Tap Lock Screen Live Activity
- Toggle it off
The Live Activity will no longer appear on your lock screen when you record a GPS activity.
Note: This feature is only available on iPhone (iOS 16 and above). If you don't see the option, please make sure your Pacer app is updated to the latest version.
