If you see harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, sexual content, or other inappropriate behavior in a Group/Club, please report it so our team can review it. Content you post to a Group (including images, notes, comments, likes, and check-ins) can be visible to other users, so reporting helps keep the community safe.
What to report
Report anything that makes the space unsafe or unwelcoming, including:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Sexual content involving minors, or any exploitation
- Spam, scams, impersonation, phishing links
- Graphic violence or self-harm encouragement
- Doxxing (sharing private info) or stalking
- Repeated disruptive behavior in a club/group
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Option 1: Report inside the app (fastest)
Because menus can vary by app version, look for a “…” (More) or menu icon near the content.
Report a post / comment
- Open the Group/Club where you saw the content.
- Tap the post (or long-press the post/comment).
- Tap … / More
- Select Report
- Choose the best reason, add details, and submit.
Report a user
- Tap the user’s profile from the Group/Club.
- Tap … / More
- Select Report user
- Add details and submit.
If you don’t see a “Report” option in your app, use Option 2 below.
Option 2: Submit a support request (always available)
You can file a report through Pacer’s Help Center:
- Go to the Pacer Help Center
- Tap Submit a request
- Choose a topic like “Groups / Clubs” or “Community”
- Include the details listed in the next section
You can also contact support by email at support@mypacer.com.
What to include in your report (this speeds up moderation)
Please include as many of these as possible:
- Group/Club ID + name
- Username / profile name of the person involved
- What happened (1–3 sentences)
- When it happened (date/time + your timezone)
- Screenshots (especially if the content may be deleted)
Tip: If it’s a pattern, include multiple examples (2–5 screenshots) instead of only one.
Protect yourself while you wait
- Block or mute the user (if available in your app’s profile menu)
- Leave the Group/Club if you feel unsafe
- Avoid engaging—responding can escalate harassment
What happens after you report
- Reports are reviewed for policy violations and safety risks.
- Actions can include content removal, warnings, account restrictions, or bans.
- For privacy and safety reasons, you may not receive detailed outcomes in every case.
If you are a Group/Club admin (recommended steps)
If you manage the Group/Club:
- Remove the member (if admin tools allow)
- Delete/limit the offending post(s)
- Report the user anyway (so platform-level action can be taken)
- Consider tightening membership approval if abuse continues
