Medal shipping timing depends on the shipping option you selected at checkout and (in some cases) whether you’ve completed your challenge/race.
1) First: Check the shipping option you chose at checkout
At registration checkout, you can choose when your medal is shipped:
Option A — Ship medal only upon completion (“No completion, no medal”)
- Your medal will not ship until you complete the challenge/race.
- If you do not complete the challenge/race, the medal will not be shipped under this option.
Option B — Ship immediately after registration
- Your medal ships at the first available time, even if you haven’t completed the challenge yet.
2) When do we send the medal out?
Once it’s eligible to ship (based on your option), medals are typically sent within about a week after payment or after completion (depending on your selected preference).
3) How long does delivery take?
International delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your shipping address.
In many cases, shipping can be 7–25 business days on average (varies by region and warehouse).
Important notes
- Orders may arrive in separate shipments, especially if you ordered multiple items.
- Delivery times are estimates, and can be delayed by holidays or security checks.
4) How do I track my medal shipment?
- You will receive tracking information by email once the order is shipped.
- After you receive the tracking number, it may take 3–4 business days for the carrier’s tracking page to update online.
5) Can I change my shipping address?
- A correct shipping address is essential.
- Once your order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, the address cannot be changed.
- If you need an address change, contact support@mypacer.com within 24 hours of placing the order (we’ll do our best to help).
6) Will I need to pay customs or VAT?
Customs tax may apply depending on your country’s import rules, and Pacer is not responsible for customs charges billed by the carrier or local authorities.
7) What if my medal hasn’t arrived?
If tracking hasn’t updated yet
- Wait 3–4 business days after the shipping email (carrier update delay is common).
If it shows “delivery failed”
- Keep an eye on the tracking status; if the carrier reports unsuccessful delivery, you may receive an email for re-delivery.
If you still don’t receive it
- Please contact us within 2 months if you don’t receive the order.
