Pacer medals ship worldwide to most destinations, but delivery times vary by region and can be affected by customs, holidays, carrier delays, and high-volume periods.

1) When does my medal ship?
At checkout, you can choose when your medal becomes eligible to ship:

Option A — Ship medal only upon completion (“No completion, no medal”)
Your medal won’t ship until you complete the challenge/race.

Option B — Ship immediately after registration
Your medal ships at the first available time, even if you haven’t completed yet.
Once eligible, medals are typically sent within about a week after payment or completion (depending on your selected option).
2) Typical shipping time estimates by region (business days)
These are estimated delivery ranges after your medal ships (business days; weekends/holidays not included). Delivery varies by address and warehouse.

During peak periods or disruptions
If carriers/customs are congested (holidays, security checks, operational disruptions), transit times can extend beyond the typical ranges. Pacer’s Shipping Policy lists longer “disruption” ranges that may reach ~20–30 business days for parts of Europe and ~25–40 business days for some regions/countries.
3) What can affect delivery time?
Delivery dates are estimates and can be delayed by:
- Holidays and peak shipping seasons
- Random security checks
- Customs / airline processing
- High order volume (new medal launches)
- PO boxes / military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may take longer
Also, if you ordered multiple medals/items, they may ship separately.
4) How to track your medal shipment
- Tracking is sent by email once your order ships.
- After you receive the tracking email, it may take 3–4 business days for the carrier tracking page to show updates.
- If you can’t find the email, search your inbox for: “Pacer”, “tracking”, “shipment”, “shipped”, or your order number and check Spam/Junk/Promotions.

5) If your medal seems late
- Confirm your shipping option (completion-based vs ship-immediately).
- If you just received tracking, wait 3–4 business days for the first tracking update (this is common).
- Compare your destination to the region estimates above.

- If you still haven’t received your order, the Shipping Policy asks you to contact support within 2 months so the team can help.
6) Customs, VAT, and import duties
Depending on your country’s import rules, customs/VAT may apply and may be billed by local authorities or carriers. Pacer is not responsible for these charges.
