Yes — sometimes, but it depends on how far along your order is in the shipping process.
When an address change is possible
You can request an address update only before your order is prepared for shipment. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Pacer recommends contacting support within 24 hours of submitting your order. They will do their best to help with your request.
When an address change is NOT possible
An address change can’t be made if:
- Your order has already been prepared for shipment, or
- Your order has already shipped
Tip: If you already received a shipping/tracking email, your order is likely shipped (or shipping-ready). Pacer sends tracking info by email once the order is shipped.
How to request an address change
Please email support@mypacer.com as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of order submission).
Include the following to speed things up:
- Order number (from your purchase confirmation email)
- Registration code (if applicable)
- Old shipping address (exactly as entered)
- New shipping address (full format, including postal code)
- Recipient name + phone number (if required by your local carrier)

At checkout, you can choose when your medal ships:
- Ship medal only upon completion, or
- Ship immediately after registration
Medals are typically sent within about a week after payment or after completion (based on the option you selected). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If your order is already shipped
If your medal has already shipped, Pacer can’t change the address.
What you can do instead:
- Use the tracking link once available (carrier updates may take 3–4 business days to appear online).
- If delivery fails, watch for follow-up instructions — Pacer notes they may email you regarding re-delivery if the carrier reports an unsuccessful delivery.
