Pacer medals (and related merchandise such as apparel) are available for worldwide participation, and we offer global shipping to most countries.
However, some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to delivery restrictions, international regulations, or operational limitations.

- A small number of countries may have delivery restrictions that prevent medal/apparel shipment at this time.
- Availability may change as carriers, customs rules, and operations change.
How to Check If We Can Ship to Your Country (Recommended)
The most accurate way is to verify directly at checkout:
- Go to the challenge registration page and proceed to checkout.
- In the Shipping Address section, open the Country/Region dropdown.
- If your country/region is selectable and the checkout allows you to continue, shipping is supported for that destination.
- If your country/region is not available or checkout prevents shipment, it is currently not supported.
Tip: If you are ordering multiple medals/items, they may ship separately.
If Your Country Is Not Available
If shipping is not available to your destination, you can usually choose one of these options:
- Use an alternate shipping address in a supported country/region (for example, a friend/family member).
- Join without medal shipping (virtual-only) depending on the product/event options available at checkout. (Availability varies by event.)
If you’re unsure what option applies to your order, contact support with your intended destination and the event name.
Shipping Options (When Your Medal Ships)
At checkout you can choose when your medal ships:
Option A — Ship medal only upon completion (“No completion, no medal”)
Your medal will not ship until you complete the challenge/race. If you do not complete it, it will not ship under this option.
Option B — Ship immediately after registration
Your medal ships at the first available time even if you haven’t completed yet.
Estimated Delivery Times (Medals)
Delivery times vary by destination and warehouse. Estimated ranges include:

Important notes
- Delivery dates are estimates and can be delayed by holidays or security checks.
- PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may take longer.
Order Tracking
- Tracking is sent by email once the order ships.
- Tracking pages may take 3–4 business days to show updates after the shipping email.
If you can’t find your tracking email, search your inbox for “Pacer”, “tracking”, “shipment”, “shipped”, or your order number and check spam/junk folders.
Customs, VAT, and Import Taxes
- Depending on your country’s import rules, customs/VAT may apply and may be billed by local authorities or carriers. Pacer is not responsible for these charges.
Address Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting the order.
- Once an order is prepared for shipment or shipped, the address usually can’t be changed.
- If you need a change, contact support within 24 hours of placing the order (we’ll do our best to help).
