Use Zepp, the companion app for your Amazfit device, to share compatible data with Health Connect.
Amazfit → Zepp → Health Connect → Pacer
1. Sync your Amazfit device
Open Zepp on the same Android phone as Pacer. Sync your wearable and check that your recent steps appear in Zepp.
Use Zepp, not a similarly named app such as Zepp Life.
2. Check Zepp's Health Connect settings
Open Profile in Zepp and look for 3rd-party account linking or Add accounts. If Health Connect is offered, select it and follow the authorization prompts.
Allow Zepp to write Steps if that category is available. Return to Zepp and sync again.
Zepp appears in Google Play's Health Connect app collection. However, the available menu and exported data types may differ by version and device. Merely having a Health Connect connection does not prove that daily steps are being exported.
3. Complete the Pacer connection
- Activate Health Connect in Pacer.
- Select Amazfit in Choose Wearables.
- After completing Zepp's setup, return to Pacer and start the source check.
- Review the detected sources and follow the priority instructions.
Look for the app supplying your steps; the source need not display your watch model.
If Zepp does not appear
Inspect recent Steps in Health Connect. If there are no Zepp step records, check Zepp's sharing options or contact Zepp Support about your device's supported exports.
If records exist but Pacer does not show them, follow Sync troubleshooting.
