Use Mi Fitness to share activity from a compatible Xiaomi wearable with Apple Health, then connect Pacer to Apple Health.
Xiaomi wearable → Mi Fitness → Apple Health → Pacer
This guide is for devices managed with Mi Fitness. If your device uses a different app, follow Other Wearables setup and check whether that app can share Steps with Apple Health.
1. Set up Mi Fitness
Open Mi Fitness, sign in, and confirm that your device is paired and its recent activity is visible.
- In Mi Fitness, open Profile.
- Select Third-party data, then enable Health.
- Follow the permission prompts and enable the data you want to share, including writing Steps to Apple Health. Confirm with Allow if prompted.
Allow time for the shared data to appear in Health. Xiaomi describes this path in its Mi Fitness Apple Health troubleshooting guide.
2. Connect in Pacer
- Go to Settings → Apps & Devices → Other Wearables, or use Other Wearables in Steps Data Source.
- If Apple Health is not yet active in Pacer, follow Connect Pacer to Apple Health.
- In Choose Wearables, select Xiaomi if it is not already checked.
- Complete the instructions and confirm that you have done so. Pacer checks its recent Steps sources.
- When the source is detected, continue. If asked whether your device is listed, confirm only if you recognize its source; otherwise choose No and follow the troubleshooting steps.
The Open Mi Fitness button may open its App Store page. Install or update the app if needed, then open it to complete the connection.
3. Prioritize Mi Fitness
Follow Manage source priorities and move the relevant Mi Fitness source to the top for Steps. Return to Pacer and confirm after saving the change.
Your primary source in Pacer remains Apple Health, not Xiaomi. Priority is not a Xiaomi-only data filter, and Pacer cannot verify the order you set.
If Xiaomi is not detected
- First sync your wearable to Mi Fitness and check its recent steps there.
- Confirm that the Health connection in Mi Fitness is enabled and that recent Steps have reached Apple Health.
- Review Pacer's Health access using the Apple Health connection guide.
- Return to Pacer, keep your iPhone unlocked, and use Retry or Sync now.
The detected-source list covers the current local day and the previous six days. It is not a list of every paired wearable. A different Xiaomi companion app may appear under another source and may need the Other Wearables flow.
If steps are missing in Apple Health, use Mi Fitness support to resolve that part of the connection. If they are present in Health but missing in Pacer, contact Pacer Support with the relevant app versions and a redacted screenshot.
